Refund policy

Each Whisker & Kin shirt is printed to order. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size or color selected incorrectly. Please check the product details and size guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date with your order number. We will investigate eligible issues and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first; in many cases a return is not needed.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
